Here are Key Highlights of 2nd year BARSHA Durga Puja in HSR:
1) Barsha attracted crowd of 5000+ each day with the highest crowd recorded on Ashtami (Sep/28). We had a total footfall of 40,000+
across all the 5 days of the event (morning and evening)
2) Barsha had been awarded the coveted “Sharod Samman 2017” award and is among the top 10 Durga Puja across Bangalore (estimated total
Pujas is 150+)
3) Barsha Durga Puja was covered as a top event on Times Of India edition
4) For the first time, we had Fever 104 FM as the Radio Partner for Barsha Durga Puja and had extensive coverage during Prime Slots
5) Barsha Durga Puja was inaugurated by eminent personalities in Bangalore
6) More than 3000 people enjoyed our Daily Afternoon Lunch\Bhog across the festival days
7) As per Barsha Facebook hit – we stand 1st amongst all the Pujas in Bangalore in terms of engagements and page hits. On the peak festival days – we had 25000 people in Bangalore talking or mentioning our Puja in their social circles\posts
8) We conducted our Puja in 10,000 sqft + area this time with 14 food stalls and 16 Corporate Stalls spread across the ground
9) BARSHA was engaged in CSR activities during this festival by Sponsoring Lunch and Sweets on Sep/29 to all in “Samarthanam Trust for
Disabled” . We are Proud to be supported this less Privileged children on Samarthanam and see the smile on their faces
10) Everyday Evening Cultural Programs was a major crowd puller. During the live shows of Chandrabindoo and Zee Saregamapa – we had
10000 people watching the show live in the venue. We had to make a TV streaming during the cultural events to make way for the huge
rush
11) Our DJ Dandiya on Sep/29 evening was sold out as a prime event in BookMyShow. As per people feedback- this was one of the best
